Practicing relaxation techniques like controlled breathing, meditation, and visualization is also being advised. Hypnosis, where you will be put in a deep sleep is also being used.

If you think those do not work out for you can also choose to seek professional help. There are some medications that maybe used to help you. Doctors would also use different approaches which they think will suit your needs. Make sure to seek help from someone whom you can trust and has the skills to help you.
