Namaste is a friendly greeting between people, it is used often as spoken out but it can be written as well. A number of elucidation associated by experts with the terminology:
“A reverential salutation to you.
I bow to you.
The spirit in me meets the spirit in you.
I honor the place in you which is of love, truth, light, and peace.
I salute the light of God in you.

Namaste Yoga
Namaste yoga is done by placing the hands together at the heart chakra with eyes closed and the head bowed. Another way of doing this is to place the hands together near the third eye and slowly bring the hands down to the heart with the head bowed down. This is an especially deep form of respect.
Importance of Namaste YogaThe Namaste yoga gesture is designed to signify the belief that we all have a divine spark in the heart chakra. The gestures accepts the soul of one being by another soul of the other being. The Namaste gesture is done at the beginning and the end of the yoga class. The teacher uses the Yoga breathing gesture as an expression of gratitude for his/her students.
