A yoga exercise called Yoga Sequences, consists of a series of poses for yoga, usually in counter pose, meaning that two poses oppose one another or in variations of increasing level of movements. The following are the top three most common Yoga Sequences movements in a yoga workout.
Yoga Sequences # 1: The Pelvic Tilt
Pelvic tilt is one of the yoga poses which made up sof very minute but effective motion aimed at strengthening the abdominal muscles and lower back.
Yoga Sequences # 2: The Cat-Cow Stretch
The important thing to remember in doing yoga poses is body alignment. So, think of the spine as a straight line from shoulder to hips. then the neck is kept at an extension.
Yoga Sequences # 3: Downward Facing Dog
You are in your hands and knees with the wrists in line with the shoulder and the knees with the hips in this type of yoga pose. Then Curl the toes under and push back raising the hips and straightening the legs.
It is important to keep the basic yoga protocols whenever you do yoga poses, such as, proper breathing, and having a nice, quiet environment free from distraction. If these are present, you can start your yoga session. Concentrate and you can now start your yoga sequences.
